01 // Executive Council

Head Boy/Girl & Deputies

The apex student leaders from Grades X, XI & XII. Serves as primary liaisons to the school administration, chairing cabinet assemblies and school representations.

02 // Creative Activities

Cultural Captain & Deputies

Coordinates assemblies, annual school festivals, talent showcases, and creative arts clubs. Open to Grades IX to XII.

03 // Athletics Board

Sports Captain & Vice-Captain

Organizes school-wide athletic programs, morning training rosters, and leads external sport representations. Open to Grades IX to XII.

04 // Conduct & Welfare

Discipline Captain & Deputies

Supervises campus order, assembly line-ups, and serves as standard model for code compliance. Open to Grades IX to XII.

05 // House Formations

House Captains, Vice-Captains & Prefects

Direct leaders for the five school houses (Agni, Vayu, Prithvi, Aakash, Jal). Leads house points tallies, parade drills, and coordinates Prefects. Open to Grades VIII to X.

The Election Commission reviews profiles and publishes official candidate shortlist rosters.

Phase 3

Campaigning Time During Assembly

July 8 & 9, 2026

Shortlisted candidates address classes and assembly lines with vetted manifesto pitches.

Phase 4

Election Date

E-voting polling booths open for students and faculty across houses.

Official cabinet election counts tallied and announced to the student body.

Read the Code of Conduct

Yes! In accordance with Instruction #1, each student can participate/apply for any two of the given cabinet positions.

Eligibility is divided by grade: Head Boy/Girl, Sports/Cultural/Discipline Captains are open to Grades XI & XII. Deputy Head Boy/Girl is open to Grade X. Vice Sports, Deputy Cultural, Deputy Discipline, and House Captains are open to Grades IX & X. House Vice Captains and House Prefects are open to Grade VIII.

The Election Committee finalizes the official shortlist of nominees based on a composite evaluation of their academic standings, school attendance logs, behavioral history, and past co-curricular achievements.

After the Election Committee finalizes and publishes the official nominees list, campaigning is held for exactly two to four days prior to Election Day.

In accordance with official rules, election results are announced on the next day of the elections.

Voting is conducted through a secure electronic ballot portal on Election Day, where students from eligible grades cast their votes secretly.
